Consumer rights at Clickon are never a problem when buying online

Consumer rights are never an issue at Clickon as we have offered for some time now a full no quibble refund policy if a customer is not happy for whatever reason. Under the new regulations if a product is faulty you are entitled to a full refund and can refuse a repair on the item. We have always offered a refund for whatever reason either a fault or if you felt the product was not right for you. This policy has always served us well and it is surprising how few customers have ever requested a refund. I would ask any potential customer to read our reviews on the front page of our web site. It is only possible to generate consistent good feed back with excellent service and great products. Of course there will always be a disgruntled person somewhere but we will always accommodate their wishes if possible. Whilst we will always refund a customer on a defective item there are time I would recommend that the manufacturer comes to site on a repair or replace basis. If you purchase and install an expensive item like a Digital shower then the problem may be with the installation and not the product. If the item is fault it will be replaced free of charge but if there is a design or installation problem it can be advised on. You can always rely on Clickon for service and after sales which is always second to none.
