Aqualisa Thermostatic Grey Cartridge 022801 Common problems which indicate that the Aqualisa Cartridge is faulty is a leaking / dripping cartridge or erratic temperature.  The cartridge is also supplied with a new gasket and screws.

Valve fitted without difficulty. I live in a very hard water area at 460 parts per million & use a water softener. This is the third valve I have replaced over a 35 year period.
Note, the 'O' ring that retains the ON / OFF / flow control knob is not present in these replacement kits.

Good clear instructions for fitting this valve, I am not a plumber but it was all very straight froward. All parts included only needed a smear of vasaline and a few tools.
