Delivery Schedule  


We process all orders received before 3.30pm,  Monday to Friday only* 
Items listed as in stock and ordered before 3.30pm  will be sent by your chosen method of delivery.
Orders received after 3.30pm are processed the next working day.

We do not dispatch on either Saturdays or Sundays, Bank Holidays, or when we are closed due to Seasonal holidays. If your order is urgent, we suggest you telephone, to confirm your order  and find out when it will be dispatched.

If your item is unavailable for despatch we will contact you to either:

a) advise you when we can despatch it and when you should receive it

b) offer a suitable substitute ( if applicable)

c) cancel and refund your order

All goods are dispatched in good faith that they reach you on time, however, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times. We are not responsible for any associated costs due to the non-arrival or late delivery of your order.  For example, delays may be caused through seasonal or adverse weather conditions or peak delivery periods such as the Xmas period when couriers are experiencing increased volume of deliveries. Please accept our advance apologies if you experience any delay. We are always willing to look into the cause of any delay, if you kindly inform us.      

 

Shipping And Handling 

Courier deliveries:  All courier deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Deliveries may be arranged for an alternative address (such as a registered workplace, during normal business hours) but the cardholders address is required against the order details. Once your order is dispatched you will be advised by email of  your tracking code.  

If you are out when the courier calls, a calling card will be left and you should contact the courier company to re-arrange a convenient delivery. Two failed attempts will mean either the goods will be returned to us, or you will have to collect the goods from your local courier depot within 18 working days.  Please note, outward shipping costs will not be refunded, if you fail to collect your parcel.
 
Recorded Delivery by Royal Mail / Parcel Force requires a signature.  Should you be out when Royal Mail deliver, a calling card will be left and you should contact the Royal Mail following the instructions on the card. You can collect from the depo or arrange for a re-delivery. We can advise you of a tracking code when the parcel has been dispatched.

If your delivery is returned to us, caused through failure by the customer to accept or collect, any charges for re-delivery,must be paid for by the customer before the goods are re-dispatched.
