This was the second Aqualisa shower we ordered through ClickOnBathrooms. Both units were delivered within a few days. They came straight out of the box with no installation issues. They both work fantastically well.

When a product leaves by post sometimes a delay can occur which is out of our control. We did feel your stars on customer service was very harsh. But the customer is always right at Clickon. Thanks for your order.

I dealt with the company and many others during my recent renovation.... so I have a lot of experience of different firms; this one stood out as excellent; good a pre sales queries, excellent price. I took one star off as the shipping of a second item would have benefited from a bit more communication, but that's quite harsh! I will be going back to them.

I ordered the part I needed. A couple of days later the correct part arrived. It is exactly as described, fitted perfectly, came with decent instructions and the price was fair. What more can I say?
