Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
At present, we only ship to United Kingdom addresses.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable before your order is despatched and an order confirmation will be sent.
Shipping And Handling
Goods are delivered using our contracted courier Citylink. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Deliveries may be arranged for an alternative address (such as a workplace, during normal business hours) but the cardholders address is required against the order details.
All orders over £100.00 are delivered carriage free.
All orders under £100.00 are charged at £7.50.
Delivery Schedule
We process your order right away. Subject to stock availability, we will normally send your order to you in 1-4 business days . Should you not receive your goods within 72 hours of notification of despatch, please contact us immediately. Should your goods remain undelivered at 7 days please confirm notification of this in writing.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. Prices shown on our website are all VAT inclusive. VAT is charged at the rate applicable at time of order.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. Our products are guaranteed for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase and on some ranges 10 years. This will be indicated on your purchase invoice. Please keep your proof of purchase in the unlikely event of a gaurantee claim. The exception to this, is for gold finish products, which require special care when cleaning. A one year guarantee is given against gold finish. The Seller will entirely as its option, replace or repair at its own expense defects in goods arising from faulty workmanship provided that the Buyer shall have given written notice to the Seller as soon as reasonably practicable. The Sellers liability in respect of defects shall be restricted to the repair or replacement of the said goods. Where damage or loss occurs to the goods in transit, the seller shall repair or replace (at its discretion) said goods provided notification is made in writing within seven days of notification of despatch of goods.
