The Showermate 1.2 bar single pump is designed to be system friendly and offer years of trouble free service and when installed into an open vented hot or cold water system, where all outlets are below the level of the cold water cistern, will have the equivalent effect of raising the cold water cistern 12 metres above its current position.
Flow switch operated, these pumps are suitable for giving a medium pressure boost to taps and dual flow mixer taps. They are not recommended for boosting the water pressure to single flow mixer taps or shower valves, where the other supply is at a higher pressure.
