Delivery Schedule

We process your order right away. Subject to stock availability, we will normally send your order to you in 1-4 business days. Should you not receive your goods within 72 hours of notification of despatch, please contact us immediately. Should your goods remain undelivered at 7 days please confirm notification of this in writing.

Shipping And Handling

Goods are delivered using our contracted courier City-link. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Deliveries may be arranged for an alternative address (such as a workplace, during normal business hours) but the cardholders address is required against the order details.

All orders are charged at £7.00

Returns Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything to us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided that it meets the following conditions:

  • The product must not have been installed.
  • The product must be in its original packaging and both the product and packaging must be in a fully re-saleable condition.
  • The returns form (enclosed with your order) must be included noting whether you require an exchange or refund.

Returns must be made within 28 days from receipt of original order. Unwanted goods are returned to Clickongroup at the buyers own expense.

We will process your returns as quickly as possible but please allow 7 days from date of returning for refunds to be processed.

On receipt of the returned goods, we will give you a full refund of the amount you paid for the goods, but not the postage, however, if we find that the goods have not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on this item, or deduct up to 25% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

We will refund your carriage charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is unwanted.

We will arrange collection of the item by our own couriers or prepaid labels.  Please contact us to make arrangements either by e-mail or telephone. We recommend you send all returns by recorded delivery post and retain your proof of postage. Parcels should be packaged securely and labelled clearly.
